BDO Seidman, LLP, a national accounting firm, established the BDO Seidman Alliance (the "Alliance") in 1994. The Alliance consists of over 100 independent member firms throughout the United States. Calhoun, Thomson + Matza, LLP is an independent BDO Seidman Alliance member in Austin, Texas.
The Alliance was established in order to pool the resources of all member firms to better serve member firm clients. Consequently, Calhoun, Thomson + Matza, LLP has had the opportunity to provide a variety of services to BDO Seidman, LLP and other firms across the country.
